You will receive your valuation by email or post after we have looked at all factors specific to your postcode, covering all agents and looking closely at current and historic sold prices for properties directly similar to your own. Once you receive your valuation please be kind enough to confirm receipt, and if you would like to discuss any aspect of the valuation don't hesitate to get in touch!
